  I have been coming to this salon for +5 years and I have always received fabulous service. The people are very welcoming and my stylist Yakov always gives me great hair cuts and flawless blow drys. I would definitely recommend this place to people.

  Absolutely horrific experience here. My extensions came out after ONE DAY. Eleanor (I believe this is her name), mismatched half of my tape in extensions, and they began to fall out less than 24 hours after they had been put in. There is a reason these extensions are advertised cheaply on Groupon - they are awful and the service is just as bad. To make matter's worse, the owner of Hair n Now would only give me a 40% refund, despite it being 100% their fault that my $600 extensions came out after a day. Learn from my mistake and do not go here, find a much better salon that may charge a little more but it will be worth it. Disgusted.

  When you need a great looking updo, highlights, any style, wedding, or any other event - go to Helen in Hair N Now. You'll never find a professional like her anywhere else. She is the best in New York area.
