  I went to John Serra after my friend highly recommended him. I have natural dark hair and he did a beautiful and natural caramel balayage to lighten my hair without damaging it with bleach. My haircut came out beautiful, he manages to take very little and make a big change. He really educated me on how to keep my hair healthy and also to maintain it at home. If you like healthy and a natural look this is the guy to see.

  I just got hair done by Nina. She did an amazing job on me. She is very patient and listens to me very well. She did exactly what I like and what I want. I'm so in love with hair right now. And I will definitely come back and make another appointment with Nina. Highly recommend!

  Nina did a wonderful job with my haircut and style. The entire staff was so accommodating. They went over and beyond what I was expecting, she explained everything she was doing and even gave me a cranial massage during the shampoo. I will definitely return and request Nina for any service!

  The store are very nice, clean, warm, and friendly environment for relaxing time. Other than that, all of the stylist are so nice, sweet, and very polite. They are always treat the customer right. On the side, their skill are so amazing, from the color ( highlight + balayage + color) are so gorgeous plus blow dry , styling make my hair even more fabulous. Highly recommend there.

  I had my hairstylist for several year in this salon with Mr. John Bullard and he left to NJ. I’m still miss him. The staff in this salon are good and professional but is hard for me to trust ( this is personal). Anyway I think the price are high too, but the quality is always better than others salons more affordable I’m been experienced here in this area, that can end up with a total disaster. Definitely this is the place I will go when I’m passing through this town in my intermittent traveling. After John left, Ami has took care of me, and last time I’m visited her she did an awesome haircut and dyed my roots. I was very happy client. Price was high, I guess that’s what you pay for quality. One observation to the salon is that I’m an extremely private quiet person that doesn’t like to share much about myself and the shooting of several questions to make me feel good looking for casual friendly conversation is not for me. Perhaps I’m start to feel uncomfortable and stressed. I’m suggest that keep in mind there is diversity in the world most are welcoming talkers and I’m one unicorn who’s preferred to leave me enjoying the silence and relax while Im getting pampered.
