  I have been a customer of Mary for years. I was completely taken back by the ONE STAR rating she got from a customer. Not sure what the problem was but I am elderly also and she has done a tremendous job for me. Truly professional and thorough. She take pride in her work. I won't go to anyone else. I am a customer for life.

  Hagood may be good at hair replacement for older women but she doesn’t know the first thing about men’s hair replacement. I knew I was in trouble the minute she said I had to hide my hairline. BEWARE! If you go to someone who really knows the latest about hair systems, you should know how to make a hairline look completely realistic! She talks a good game but the hair was WAY overpriced and she charged me $700 for a cheap hair system that turned brittle and fell apart after Two weeks. I finally went to a real stylist who knows hair systems for men and even she was appalled at the hair and the cut in! Mary never discussed hair density options, different types of bases or even different options for how to attach the system to the head. She promised me she would provide a kit I could use for fixes in between visits but I had to actually remind her about it as I left the appointment. If you are elderly and just want a basic wig, then Mary can do that. But if you want your hair done by a person who is up to date with the latest options for truly realistic hair systems, then don’t waist your time! Sad that I waisted $700 of my hard earned money on this scam artist. Happy that I can still have great hair and do it for way less than $700!

  I brought my mom to this shop not knowing what to expect and met Mrs. Mary whom is not only one of the sweetest, patient and compassionate Ladies I have ever met, she is a Hair Goddess! My mom has very thin and balding on top of her head. We have been to numerous shops and wig shops with no results and little help! From the moment we walked into Mrs. Mary's shop she let us know she was not in this business for the money, she stated that she "Loves making people feel good!" In which she did. Mrs. Mary was very fair with what she charged. In fact too fair..... She made my mom feel like a million bucks and continues to make her feel that way with each appointment. Mrs. Mary thank you from the bottom of my heart! I admire, respect and adore you. Thank you, Angela

  I recently found Hagood's Hair Happenings online and in the process found Linda Wrigley, one of their cosmelogists. I was in desperate need of help. She is very knowledgeable, as well as being wonderfully kind. Everyone at the salon is very nice. Mary makes you feel at home the minute you walk in the door. Then Linda works her magic. I trust her completely with all my hair needs. I would not think of going anywhere else.
