  They overcharged my credit card $750.00 for a service I did not receive, request or ever discuss having and the office refuses to resolve this matter. Their idea of a resolution is to ignore the dispute and not provide you with any information you requested and hope it all goes away without reimbursement! The office charged my debit/credit card 3x in the same day. Unfortunately, this was my bank card so they received the money and I noticed it after 60 days. I was a patient there for over ten years and the way I was treated and their inability and/or refusal to correct this situation is a total disgrace. I could cry just thinking about it.

  Dr. David H. Ciocon, MD, is amazing. I cannot say enough great things about him. He is very kind, professional, and informative. Great office hours, conveniently located and I was in/out of the office in no time. I highly recommend him for any and all dermatology needs! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Is an understatement.

  I wish it allowed me to give this place ZERO stars. I came here for a chemical peel. I was led into the private patient room for the procedure. I left my pocketbook and coat in the room, while I went to take pictures of my face with the blue background and the 3D machine. Upon return, I was asked to pay for my procedure. I notice the $300 I had in my wallet was missing. The money was in my wallet prior to entering the office, as I checked before arriving. I would like to think I wouldn't have to worry about my personal property at the dermatologist office. One staff member brought me to the room and told me to leave my stuff, and another took me to get photographs. With dismay, my experience at SLSS of Hackensack was disappointing to say the least.

  An absolutely horrible experience. Pure theft. I called for some skin tags removal, to make an appointment with Dr David Ciocon, and the front desk lady told me that it iș not covered by insurance and it will be 250 dollars for up to 15 skin tags, consultation included. I made an appointment with Dr David Ciocon,I went and paid 100 for the consultation, and then they told me it will be 500 dollars for the skin tags removal. Plus consultation, it will be 600, obviously. That is a big difference from 250 to 600. If I had known, i would have never made an appointment.The front desk lady lied, so I ended up throwing up the window 100 dollars for the 30 seconds consultation, basically. Plus wasted my time. Shame!!!
