  Love this place. They make you feel so comfortable and at home, and the owners are so kind and professional and their work is excellent!

  I’ve been to this shop on more than one occasion and had an ok experience with the owner. However, I’m appalled by the way I was treated on my recent visit. I was given a price of $85 by the owner to make a dress for my 7 year old daughter and I was instructed on how much material to purchase. I returned to the shop with the material and I was instructed to bring my daughter to be fitted. I returned to the shop and it was closed. I spoke with the owner and we agreed that I would bring her today , which I did. Once I arrived to the shop her measurements were taken by the “store manager” and I was given a price of $290 more than three times what I was originally quoted. When I asked to speak with the owner he informed me he thought I wanted something different made which I can’t understand especially since we discussed what I wanted and he informed me of how much fabric was required. He never even tried to come to an agreement on the new price with me, he walked away. He and his “store manager” had a discussion at which point they told me they’re not going to make the dress. I asked to speak with the owner again and he wouldn’t even come back to speak with me. The entire time I was very respectful but didn’t receive the same respect I gave. This dress was very important as I already hired a photographer to take my daughter’s 7 year old pictures. Now I’ve wasted so much time at this shop and I have no dress and no time to find someone else. As a property owner in the I find it important to support local businesses; however, today I was shown no respect and the customer service was horrible. I hope that this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

  My experience with them was horrible! The lady that works there, Natasha, is beyond rude. She is very unprofessional. I would never recommend them.

  I walked in and was taken care of right away- and although they were busy, they made sure my dress was done on time! The woman took the time to measure me and ask me where I wanted my dress to fall, as I was getting it hemmed. She was sooo sweet! And their price was outstanding! I will definitely return here to get any other work done!
