  The moment we parked in front of Haberdasherie my husband looked at me and basically acknowledged the fact that THIS store was pretty much my jam. I was super excited after having seen their advertisement in my local east Sac newspaper and decided today would be the day! I walked in and immediately fell in love with the aesthetic of the store. All created by the passion of the owner Ruthie (sp?) The space is elegant, calming and filled with lovely home decor. Pillows,tea towels, candles, vases, throws and coasters I was darting from corner to corner looking at everything. Not only is everything beautiful, all of the items are reasonably priced. I mean real linen tea towels for $8-15? I've paid more. Amazing quirky coasters for $25? Done. Gorgeous pillows for $40? Sign me up! I can't wait for more beautiful items to come into the store--she mentioned brainstorming for Christmas (which means I'll be back doing some major damage for the holiday season). I managed to walk away without having done too much damage to my finances but was thrilled with my coasters, a table runner, tea towels and a handmade bird for my ornithologist wannabe friend. Not only that, when my meter ran out of money the owner warned me because she saw the parking enforcement officer and gave me a quarter out of her register to quickly throw in the meter so I wouldn't get a ticket. I was so appreciative of her looking out! Saved me the cost of a parking ticket! So please go support this wonderful and newly opened boutique filled with beautiful gifts for friends and yourself!
