  Worst customer service. I had a plan with boost and just purchased a phone for my daughter.I was quoted a price for a family plan, The employee Carmen said she would link up the accounts and told me it would be$70 for both lines. Needless to say Carmen did not link up the accounts and my daughter's phone was turned off. I go into the store and Carmen insists she did link the accounts. I ask why my daughters phone is turned off, then she realizes that she didn't do it and tells me I can no longer have the same price. Why should the employee's mistake cost me more money? Not good customer service. I will be going elsewhere.

  Friendly, Convenient. Nice prices
