  Customer service is huge with me. I called and spoke to Oscar who was very kind on the phone. When my husband and I got to the lot there was no super long wait. Oscar had the car I called about pulled out, and my husband and I went on 45 minute test drive. The car rode so smooth! When we returned to the lot Oscar sat down with us and asked how we liked the car. His warm personality and kind smile made the buying process that much better. We made a deal, signed the papers and left the car overnight to be detailed. We picked my new ride up today. I'm very pleased with the price, car quality, and customer service. We were never rushed, spoken to rudely, or treated with nothing less than total respect during the whole (very quick) car buying process. The prices at H & R Auto are amazing. Ask for Oscar and you'll leave very happy. THANK YOU OSCAR!

  I just purchased my BMW X5 from H&R autos. It was a great experience dealing with Sammy. Sammy was professional, accessible, and funny. He made the entire experience stress free. Throughout the process I felt that he was honest and attentive to any of my concerns and /or questions. The vehicle was well maintained and clean. H & R's prices are fair and actually surprisingly much more reasonably priced than one would expect for the type of cars they sell. I drove away from H&R today confident that I have a reliable vehicle at a fair price hat will last me many years. I would definitely recommend friends and family to H&R. John in SE DC

  Just recently bought a 2014 Toyota Corolla S from H&R auto. Based on our online research and some well reputed dealerships visit, I believe I got a better car with a better deal. Salesman Sam is a wonderful person, not only as just a salesman, but as a knowledgeable professional. Buying car is always bit gambling regardless new or used, but I would certainly recommend to check out their collection if someone is looking for a used car.

  Sam was the best. We called for one car but since it was not there Sam suggested another that far greater than our original choice. The options of cars at H & R is probably the best around in the area and quality is superb. I will definitely be coming back to see Sam when we buy our next car. Thank you Sam and H & R Auto!!!

  Bought my first car from H&R auto! For the most part. I knew the type of car I wanted and did a lot of price comparisons and they had the best deals. They are very friendly there, I dealt mostly with Sam and being a first time buyer, he was willing to answer all my questions. I did have a minor issue with the car at first but Sam went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied and my experience was a good one. I really appreciated that. I definitely recommend checking them out!
