  I live on Stebbins Terrace and I am horrified that H&H Builders constantly allows their subcontractors, company employees and labors to park in front of the only fire hydrant on our street. H&H Builders are continuously endangering the lives and homes of every home owner on this street. The irony of this story is that H&H are rebuilding a house that burned down two years ago. I have complained in writing a dozen times. It did no good. Is this the kind of builder that you want working on your home?
