  I have never, in all of my years of using pharmacies (including CVS and Walgreens, ever found one as AMAZINg as the one at the Lincoln Heights HEB. Wait times are always minimal. You can often get your script filled in 15 mins.The staff are super competent. The HEB pharmacy app and phone call reminders when you need to refill are very convenient. They’ll call doctors on your behalf without any big todo. They follow up with you quickly if there is something unique comes up regarding your script. I refuse to go anywhere else to get my prescriptions filled.

  Do not believe them when they say your prescription is ready. On more than one occasion I was told my prescription was “ready for pick up” only to show up and find out it was not. This has been extremely frustrating since H-E-B is the only pharmacy that takes my insurance. If you can avoid it, do not use H-E-B pharmacies, or at least this one specifically. Go with Walgreens or CVS, both of whom follow through with their promises. On a positive note, the staff is typically courteous and apologetic. However, it hardly takes the sting out of driving 15+ minutes for naught.
