  H.E.B always has great prices...would be nice if we didn't have to wait in line so long with our groceries.!

  I called to cash my paycheck. I will NEVER do business here again. EVER. I clearly stated my check was given to me a day early. The woman on the phone said yes I could cash it. I arrive and was told a flat NO. TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE WITH THE CORRECT INFORMATION!! I clearly wasted my time trusting what your employee said on the phone.

  I would give zero if it is an option. The business center is the worst. HEB please hire some responsible people who understands what they dealing with is people's money. It is not a game. I was there and Gabriella Auguilair typed my address wrong two times in a money transfer. When the receipt came out she tried to convince me it is Ok if my address is not showing up correctly. When I told her it was always shown in full address before, she was amazed and not willing to update it. I was not satisfied with the service. She refunded the money then resent it again after she knew that Western Union may contact their customers! I would never go through that process and wait almost an hour if HEB hires responsible people. It is unfortunate that HEB has this department and hire unresponsible people. HEB has to teach the people who work for them some moral and honesty or close the business department. Why we fill out the form and put our information if HEB agent never put it right? And who would Western Union contact for any issues? The ghost address because it does not exist.Is this the level of service HEB wants customers to have? I am not doing any business at this store again. People, if you want to do business then do it at another place or store if you want to be on the safe side otherwise it is nice place to grabb some food.

  I like this H-E-B grocery store, the dinner deals where you buy meat and get fixings for free always draw me in. They have a specialty desert area with many fine-looking options that someday I would like to try if I could afford $3 plus for one darn macaroon. :-/
