::They forced me a couple months ago to take store credit on a card instead of giving me cash. Came back today to buy items with that same card and it has no balance on it. Wasted a lot of time while the employee was on the phone for a long time to get the issue resolved. The items are very expansive but they have nice discounts. Won the award on the most hated store.
