  If you want good service, go to Gunn Nissan. I previously used a competitor on IH-35 in SA... not even close to the service I recently received at Gunn. They actually know what their doing! Albert was great, but so was the guy that made sure I had a ride back to work and the guy that assisted me when Albert was busy.

  I’m not sure how this place has so many 5 star reviews!?!? The wait alone should be enough to deduct one star. Gunn Nissan should be your very last option when it comes to repairs. You will probably pass more honest and reasonable mechanics on your way to them. These people are liars and crooks!! They will lie to your face in order to make a sell or meet their quota. I know it’s a business but at least try to be honest and ethical! They rob you and take your money with their lies rather than a “Gunn.” You guys have been WARNED!!!!! You guys will thank me later!!

  I really appreciate their attention to detail. Brian would not release the car until he felt every little detail had been addressed. I felt like he took care of my car as he would have his own car. Great service.

  I recently purchased my first vehicle with Gunn Nissan. I had previously shopped around at a few other dealerships and Gunn Nissan was by far the best experience. My salesman, Osbaldo, was very helpful and listened to my requests. My finance guy was also super helpful and explained everything very well. He actually showed me all of the numbers he was using to get my final price and payment which was nice because it shows that they actually listen to you as a customer and care about what they’re doing.

  From the initial contact to the close of the deal, Hillary (my salesperson) and Isaac (the finance guru) couldn’t have been more helpful. There was no pressure and they were very patient in answering my MANY questions. Even though my purchase was a used car and not an expensive, off the showroom model, they treated me like a longtime customer or more like an old friend. The Gunn fixed price model was refreshing as well, not having to argue and hassle over the purchase price made my shopping experience easy. I found a great car at a great price and that was that. Also, did I mention Hillary was a delight to work with?
