  The experience was truly amazing. I was able to purchase a nice durable drum set for my son at an affordable price. The service was excellent and I highly recommend this business for all musicians in Nashville

  Ego trips galore. Only the dude making guitar repairs was an actual nice human being. I realize there are some good musicians working there but I've worked with the highest level of professionals and none of those professionals are on an ego trip like some of the sales people at Guitar Center 100 Oaks Shopping Center. I'd rather buy a guitar off of Craigslist then one from Guitar Center now. I'll take it to my own personal guitar tech. I'm a professional and I know a decent instrument when I see one. I don't need to be told anything unless I ask. I am the customer which is supposed to be always right. Right? I guess not. The customer apparently is just a stupid idiot and needs to be led by the nose when they walk into a Guitar Center

  If go to this GC, make sure you go on a day Emmanuel is working. That dude is fantastic. He has been exceptionally helpful each time ive been in the store. The guy goes above and beyond. I'm glad helpful folks like him still exist in the service and retail industry!

  I went to the Guitar Center on 12/11/17 with nine vintage guitars in the trunk of my car. The employees immediately made me feel at ease. Barrett worked almost five hours to inspect/take apart seven of the guitars for appraisal. I was welcomed to stay and watch him work, so I did. The process was fascinating. He is a wonderful person with extensive knowledge, attention to detail and love of guitars; I trusted him implicitly. Two other friendly employees stopped by occasionally-I think their names are Joe and John, but I'm not sure. Andrew worked in the repair section that day. We talked for a while about guitars and I watched him do some repairs on one. His takes tremendous pride in his work and as the other employees, knows guitars inside and out. I was offered a fair price for the the guitars, more than I expected. The experience was worth the wait. I thank all of the employees for allowing me to spend time with them. I'll be back!
