  Never had anything but good experiences here. The staff is friendly and responsive, but not too pushy. They helped me find the right gear on many occasions. When I ordered online from another guitar center , they took good care of the item. Their own election of used gear is pretty good. Solid place.

  I've been buying music equipment here for roughly 1.5 years and I will probably be shopping here anyways. The selection of guitars, pedals etc is huge and you can make an order for something that they don't have in the store. You can return most of the things in 45 days which is great IMHO. However the stuff makes huge amount of mistakes! It became really annoying. The new guitar I purchased had scratches all over, but I needed it asap and didn't want to wait one more week to get the same one. When I returned another item they said that I'll get the refund to my card. I was returning from work and haven't thought much about it, but after a week I recalled that I paid in cash. So I had to go there, waste another hour of my time. They wrote me a wrong check, and the banker told me that I could actually get a fine for that check. I had to go back wasting another hour of my life again. There were other incidents as well, but I don't want to write so much. Hope it will be helpful.
