  This is the worst guitar center I've ever been to. The customer service and the guitar tech are both a joke and they never have anything in stock. Don't waste your time going here and go somewhere else. I would give it zero stars if possible.

  Guitar Center of Totowa is the best. And their Pro Audio department has by far a number one person to help you (Brian Pulido-Vaz). Brian is a true and awesome example of excellence. I came in a few times trying to figure out on how to put my DJ system together. I was unsure of what I was going to buy. And every time I came in (not purchasing anything) with a new question Brian walked me through on what would work. Brian's knowledge of equipment, wiring, brands, configuration is truly amazing. I mean this guy knows it all.. Even when I called the store he patiently help me over the phone (many times). When I finally came to a decision on what to purchase from Guitar Center Brian told me to bring in my existing equipment and walked me through step by step on how to connect it all. Brian Pulido-Vaz made my experience at Guitar Center a true pleasure. Seriously, if you need equipment, questions answered and someone who goes above and beyond.. I definitely recommend Guitar Center of Totowa and talk to Brian. (Quick note) It's rare for me to write a review. Thanks Again Brian

  Friendly staff and good selection of acoustic and electrical guitars. I got my acoustic guitar fixed there and the gentleman who fixed it was very friendly, helpful, and informative. He showed a lot of patience and delivered helpful knowledge to me as I am still new to playing music.

  Great customer service, especially from Bryan! Needed an amp for a performance and was able to get a high quality amplifier at a great daily rate at the last minute. Product selection looks extremely impressive. Will definitely be returning.

  Wow! What an amazing variety of instruments they have not only for sale here that you can try out as well. We went in and even demoed the drum set that they had there without any complaints or glares from the people that worked there . In fact the people that work there seem to enjoy people trying out the instruments as long as you treat them with the respect they deserve. Our visit list was to check out the cost of getting a guitar repaired before we decided to put it art the curb in case someone else wants it. I found two things I was very interested in here one which was a mixer and another which was a steel guitar which sounded absolutely amazing! The people that work here seem to be very knowledgeable and help us each time we have visited, although it can get crowded here and you may have to wait a while at times.
