  Hired Oscar to do a 3 story addition. Project ran more than 5 months over the longest estimated schedule. I ended up finishing it myself. Oscar made many promises and commitments that he didn't keep. There were periods of time he had only one day laborer who was not very skilled doing the work. My only regret is that I did not fire him sooner.
