  I cannot say enough good things about this establishment. The property manager, Rich, is wonderful... helpful, courteous, accommodating, goes the extra mile for me when I need it, and is always always smiling. The property itself is in a great location & has many conveniences. It is always clean and welcoming. The loading and unloading areas are wide, plenty of room for a truck and a car to get by. My unit is in a climate controlled building where motion detector lights go on as soon as I enter. I am often there after dark so that is extremely helpful. I always feel safe when I am there. Just a great place to rent from.

  Customer service and management go above and beyond, though I am not a fan of the compound's placement.

  The management there Richard very nice an helpful. The place is so clean an well kept. i love this storage place

  A little over 2 yrs ago, I rented a storage unit at the Guardian site on 376 in Wappingers Falls, NY. It was necessary because I had put my house on the market and was going to leave this area. However, I ended up taking my house off the market and brought my belongings home today. I just want you to know that during my stay with Guardian, I found the facility/grounds to be immaculate and perfect for my needs. The climate controlled unit I rented kept my belongings as fresh as the day I left them there. I can't say enough about the manager, Rich. He went the extra mile to accommodate. For example, there were times when I had difficulty processing payments online. Rich would contact me and accept my payment over the phone. He was always as pleasant as he was knowledgeable. My total experience was pleasant, and I would not hesitate to recommend Guardian Self Storage to a friend. Before renting at Guardian, I was using a different storage facility (Extra Storage). My experience had been the opposite, which is how I ended up at Guardian. If I ever find myself in need of storage space, I will return to Guardian. My only regret is that I will miss Rich. My best to him and Guardian Self Storage.
