Love this place! Love the staff! Love the knowledge provided! This non-religion based parenting class is amazing! San Antonio has many parenting classes. Most of the one's I have found are religion based and hard to understand. This class is straight foward and was easy to implement immediately in our home. Within 2 months we have witnessed drastic changes in our children for the positive because the program helped parents understand our children and helped to react to them in a positive and effective manor.

ive been placed here because the other party had more money..thats what it boils down to..then theres all these rules that literally limit you and your childs relationship and conversations...really sad, manipulating and heartbreaking...especially given my story...no one seems to care and im assuming since they work in this industry, they just think anyone walking through that door is a bad parent...they give you mandatory time frames to request a visit with your child..or it will not be accepted...but WILL NOT even bother to call you back to let you know wether or not it got approved...this has been a struggle and harsh journey, and this place only makes it harder..once you get there it is about money for any little thing..not much, but your able to see the true purpose for it..im sorry if you get forced to use these services...

As for me, things would be a lot different without a place like Guardian House around. Are their guidelines to follow? Of course. These people aren't there to be your friends but to provide a service and a place for you and your child. This place offers supervised visits, exchanges, and parenting classes. My experience at guardian house has been great so far. I do believe they have my child's best interest in mind. Do they charge for their services? Of course, but that is too be expected with many facilities that offers services like this. I probably would not have a relationship with my child if Guardian House wasn't there to provide the services they do. Stick to the court order and guidelines there, and they will do whatever they can to follow through and do their part as well.

I have been using the services here for 9 years. Alot has changed over the years & i dint get notified or updated on the changes. My X is responsible for the exchange fee (it states it in the court order) im supose to drop off my babies at 545 every other Friday. Well with in the last 6 months i admit i was late a few times but even though im only 5 mins after 545 which means i got there at 550 they charge me a $10.00 late fee. One of the times I got there exactly at 6 & one of the girls called me while i was stuck in traffic on the hwy literally at a stand still & shes blowing up my phone & when i answer she wants me to tell her how long its gonna take for me toget there. & i tell her im not even moving how can i give you a time frame. Then she asked me if i want to cancel & that it would be $65.00 to cancel. I ended up paying $15.00 for being late. Also with the new staff there is a young girl named Page that is extremely rude. The others arent that rude. There should be a rule that if an employee does date one of the childrens fathers/mothers dont discriminate against the other parent & be ugly to them when the other parent could care less about the person they choose to date. The manager Shannon White is the best & sweetest person there ive never had any problem with her just some of the staff. But all in all it saves me from having to be face to face with my x & it Eliminates a world of potential problems that more then likely would occure. For that & Shannon White I give them 5 stars. We cant fix the ignorance of some ppl.

These people thrive on power. They care only about money and power. They do not care about reuniting families as they say.
