  We had a great experience with GEMS, we had a firetruck for my sons birthday and it was amazing! The kids got to explore the fire truck, play a fire extinguisher game, and the birthday boy got a ride around the block with the sirens on! Everything went on time and they were prompt and professional.

  Boyfriend I took the CPR/AED/Basic First Aid class on July 10th with Andria G., and all I can say is I was impressed. The class is great! I love that it's hands in addition to the videos (which I will warn you are slightly cheesy, but what can you expect from staged accidents). Being able to get up and move and actually perform CPR on the dummies, as well as practicing how to brace broken bones makes up for the cheesy videos. Andria was extremely knowledgeable and I loved that when my bf asked her a question that she wasn't 100% sure of she looked it up versus just saying whatever came to mind or leaving it up to us to figure it out. I also love that as soon as you leave the class you are certified. Andria told us that we would receive our cards via email in 48hrs. we received them by the end of that night. Overall this class is highly recommended, trust me taking any class at 5mos pregnant is not easy. But she made it so; you need the certification go here!

  Orvis, Sam, and the team are some of the finest folks I know this side of the Mississippi. I've lived in 7 states and 2 different continents in the last 10 years, and I've only found one other business that goes out of their way to excel at customer service. It's the little things like acting like an intermediary between vendors at 10:10 pm or bringing walkies and flashlights to use on a film set. They don't wait to ask to be of service, they just look for opportunities to serve and they do it. On paper, they're in the Emergency Rentals business, but truly, they're in the people business, and they serve their people with excellence. They over-communicate, they provide options, and they over-deliver at every turn. For your first vist, look for the auto body shop on Mojave, directly across the turn onto Ferne where Guardian Elite is located.
