  They are extremely rude because I called one day and they told me to call back in an hour, so I call back and then they say its still processing and and that i should call back in another hour because she says she doesn't know how long it would be but they were closing at 12:30 that day so I called back in 40 min. The girl that answered say, "ma'am we will call you back when it comes back." I'm like hold up chic you need to check your attitude, because I'm just trying to find out something b4 you'll close because I have somewhere to be on another side of town. She was like "it takes a while you don't have to keep calling." I said, "I just want to know if it will probably be tomorrow." Then she say's, "Probably". So I just said thx and didnt call back. they are rude horrible customer service. I don't even cus but she almost got told off. I had to get off of the phone.

  This loan ready to report bad to.the credit if u don't pay nd than when u late they don't even call the one in charge of loan they excuse is we don't have ur number oh ur phone is disconned which is lies they just find an excuse to put u on bad credit.

  I just hung up on this lady that was taken my information. She was very short with me, and I called with a great attitude. If this is what I have to deal before I even get approved. I am good because I will hurt her feelings. Get someone else to answer your phone someone who is more welcoming
