::I really want to give GT all five stars but I just cannot do it. The reason being the American Wagyu I had was not as good as I've had it at other places. It was decent, but for $80 I expect more. The American Wagyu has come a long way, but it is still inconsistent and I think it is a risk for steakhouses. The service was great. Cocktails were very good. I had the Bourbon cocktail with bone marrow. The sides were awesome. I think the shishito peppers could have used a bit more char, but we're still really good. The interior is very swanky and so are the patrons. I would give it another try and get the bone in ribeye instead.

::Great food, atmosphere, and most of all service. I went for brunch and I must say from the time I stepped into Gt prime steakhouse to the end of the meal the experience was great. The dishes really captivate the palate and the decor is beautiful. I highly recommend and I will definitely come back the next time I’m in Chicago.

::Great steakhouse- I loved the sampler “Carnivore”. I would give 5 stars but the sides could have been better. They were good... but nothing knocked my socks off.
