  Just got cussed out simply trying to pick up a title...not sure what's going on here. Drugs maybe? All I know is that this man is insane...

  **ISSUE RESOLVED** Thanks for resolving the issue. Aside from being cussed out and having to wait for four hours (don't call number listed on white sign labeled YARD), we did finally get our items. I am told that they are moving to a an office-less situation and if you need help, Facebook Messenger is fastest and most effective way to get assistance. I found this to be correct. **UPDATE*** I am successfully communicating with someone via Facebook Messenger about our situation and hopefully we can resolve the issue to where I feel confident in changing my review of 1 star �. If you can't reach anyone by phone, they're good at responding through FB messenger. We have paid for our purchase, done on Saturday over the phone for the online bid. They told us they would be in Monday 8 am. Drove up from Kenai to no one answered the phone. When we called the phone for the owner, Ron Alleva, our explanation was not heard, and instead we were cussed out and said the weather was bad so if the girl didn't get to the office then we'd have to get it later. No further explanation given. Terrible service, lack of communication, and unprofessional. Now we may have to have two days missed work due to the miscommunication or lack of communication. If anyone knows how to get ahold of anyone who might help us please pm us and I will be willing to update my review.
