  DR. PRATS AND HER STAFF ARE AWESOME!!!! Im in love with the attention to detail they give and everyone is so knowledgeable. My puppy loves them and so do my husband and I. This place is highly recommended. My husband and I are such nervous nancys, but Dr. Prats and her staff made us completely comfortable. She answered all our questions with no problems. Love this place!

  Are there more than 5 stars?? Our little Mickey boy had been lost since January 2018. Day and night, my kids and I had made every attempt to look for Mickey; he was nowhere to be found. Yesterday, on 4/1/2018,we received a call from Carlos Prats, yes, on Easter Sunday. His message stated that he found Mickey. At, first,I couldn't believe the message, had to hear the message 5 times, of course followed by tears of joy just to hear that he had Mickey with him. Carlos stated that he had found Mickey and that I could go pick him up that same day...on Easter Day. The fact that he went out of his way to take Mickey , call me, and meet me on a Sunday evening to return our Mickey to the family was PRICELESS!!! The best part of the night was to see. him run the long hallway and run to family( more tears of joy). I have no words of gratitude of what Carlos and his family did for us. Dr. Jessica Prats and Carlos, thanks to you and your family, we had the best Easter ever, we are now complete. Once again, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

  Took my pup to get some vaccines and the experience was great! The hospital is brand new and super clean, the staff is very professional and friendly, the service was very fast and the price tag was fair. Highly recommend!!

  I'm usually not the kind of person to recommend goods or services, but when I really like something, I need to tell people about it. I stopped by Grove Animal Clinic to get a second opinion on my dog's ongoing rash. The place was recommended to me by a friend, and I thought I would give it a shot. I was very impressed by Dr. Prats, she is extremely knowledgeable, and caring. You do not get the sense that she just wants you to buy everything she recommends. She is down to earth, and really wants to get to know you and your furry member of the family. The clinic is very modern. It has an on-site lab, so most testing can be done right there. Another plus is that parking is available at the Burger King right next door. This is so convenient, because as you may be familiar with, looking for parking in the Grove can be a downright hassle. I am very happy that my friend told me about this place. I will be bringing my pets for further consultations.

  Dr. Jessica Pratts is a very lovely and insightful veterinarian. She took her time answering every question or concerns I had with my dog. Through her compassion and honesty, she will most definitely become my main doctor for my pets.
