  If it is fitness you really seek, then you must talk with Gio. Well worth the extra 30 yard walk from a chain. Comfortable area for one on one classes as well as 20 size group. I'll be back in November to work with them again!

  The most friendly, welcoming, inspiring, badass gym I've ever been to. I dropped in here while traveling from Denver and was treated like family by the owner Gio and the whole class. They made my wife and I feel like we were home and the workout didn't disappoint. Awesome circuit of moves, Gio helped with form, modifications and pushed everyone. Excited to check out another class before I leave town. Keep doing what you're doing, you guys rock!!!

  Best circuit training around! These workouts will really challenge you. I've lost nearly 90 lbs in a little over a year and this gym is a huge part of it.

  I love Groundwork Fitness! Gio is the best. Don't go to those chain gyms, get fit with a Long Beach local that cares about you and your community.

  This is the best spot for personal training in the Long Beach area! Even for someone like me who hasn't worked out in years. Giovanna lets you go at your own pace yet pushes you to achieve your fitness goals at the same time. The crowd is always friendly and welcoming and supportive of each other. A beautiful warm space with lots of brick and wood. I leave motivated and energized to continue my day!!
