  The staff are very friendly & willing to help you find items in the store. The prices are are also lower than most stores. We love the courtesy of the people at the check out Register. There is always someone willing to carry out your groceries if you need help. We love shopping there. The manager we've known for years and if he sees us we always get a smile and hello, how are you doing? He's that way with all his customers. They are GREAT!!!

  Not the same Outlet from the 80s-90s, they now have everything! A huge selection at terrific prices. Good, quality and fresh groceries.

  I come to this location every weekend. They are usually very friendly and will honor a price when it is placed by an item even if it is not correct. Today though they refused to honor a price for an item I was trying to purchase and were not at all accommodating to pricing. If the owner sees this just know that I will be taking my business to another location now and I'm very disappointed in the manager and and staff today, April 30.

  Love most things. Only real complaint is the stocking during the day. When I was young I worked at HEB in Texas. We were open 6am to Midnight. At 11 pm we had our night stocking crew show start getting thing ready at the swinging doors in the back around 12:15 am they would start stocking the shelves. At 6am all pallets were off the floor. The would spend the next 45 minutes cleaning the back room. Any day stockings was done with small carts by each department or specific vendors. But they never blocked the isles and never had paper or cardboard on the floor. Grocery Outlet isn't the only store doing this. Seems like all the big grocery stores Vons, Savemart, Walmart do the same. Just thie isles are smaller at Grocery Outlet.

  Good selection. Good value. Friendly staff. Convenient location in the Bonanza Shopping Center.
