  I have to say the agents at this location are extremely helpful from the minute you walk in the door to sealing the contract. Specifically, Ms. Considine who assisted us to ensure our needs were met. I highly recommend, without reservation anyone in need of an insurance policy to visit Nationwide's Grillo & Associates and ask for this agent. I am confident that she will quickly establish a policy and fulfill your requirements. I can say this place is top notch when it comes to professionalism, attention to detail, and care in their work.   I have been working directly with Danielle, at Grillo and Associates for over 5 years. She is very helpful, efficient, and professional. She answers all my questions and follows up with my insurance request right away. I highly recommend them.

  If I could rate this company 10 stars, I would! A friend of mine referred me to them back in 2014. My first interaction, I was honestly stunned at how over the top polite, professional, and FAST they were. It is not every day you experience service of this caliber. I have continued to work with them since, and plan to continue giving them my business. Although it is more or less a once a year interaction, it is something I actually look forward to, because it is just that pleasant! In addition to the super high end customer service they provide, I have found their rates to also be quite comeptitive. Give them a shot! You won't be disappoiinted!!!!!

  I was with Grillo & Associates for almost 4 years at a good fair rate & then out of no where every other month my insurance policy started to increase without me being informed as to why. I am a female over 25 & I was driving a Hyundai Elantra so why was I paying $220 for car insurance?!? My policy shot up $60 in less than a year with no accidents or speeding tickets. Everytime I tried to contact my agent... Was it Christina? Or maybe Christine? I don’t recall because she was NEVER available to speak to me. The receptionist always said she would have to call me back & she never did. Even the Corporate Nationwide office couldn’t get in touch with the agent when being confronted about the situation! Ultimately, I was able to rid myself of the burden of the Hyundai and the insurance policy but, not before they sent the very last payment that they didn’t receive to COLLECTIONS even after I had canceled my policy and was not driving the vehicle. Maybe if they could’ve called me back they’d know that but, they don’t care. Thanks for nothing! So shady of these people. Nationwide is not on your side. 2 stars ... one extra for being good at the beginning.
