  Had to visit this place 3 times over a 2 week period and still was not able to donate!!! Trash

  So anyone want to tell me the new donor fees since for some reason you cant talk about how much your time is worth over the phone. Or if i can even afford to spend my gas to go there in the first place. All the centers are about 25-30 with traffic and i have a V8 truck and i would hope their new donore fees would be high enough to cover the gas to even come check them out. Really dont understand the need to be so secretive especially if its a decent amount being new. Makes no sense. Being secretive does not make me want to come visit you just so you know. Who knows maybe thats what you guys want, less donors since no one wants to stay working there or any center for that matter. Your short staffed and cant afford to give your new donors what they're worth and you dont want to say it over the phone you have to bribe people with secrecy to come into your facility. Very skeptical now since you cant even talk to me like a person and tell me what my time would be worth before i waste the time to travel to you. Pass.

  DO NOT DONATE HERE. I know some people are in need of extra money but find another way. This is the most unprofessional place i have ever visited, I was discriminated against by staff members, cheated out of my full payment due to staff error had to wait all the way until next donation to get it corrected. SAD!!! Staff is rude, they treat people like you’re at the clinic. They are rude unprofessional and they just don’t care. Once you’ve done donating and on your final return they leave you on the needle knowing it stings and burns just because they are mad they have late arrival donors. This place should be closed down. Once I get health department involved. That’s a guaranteed promise.

  This place need to hire more workers or employee more staff members. I have been coming here all week and I never get in and out. I’m always here for more than 3 hours. It makes me not want to donate but stay saying you can save lives..HOW??? They take all day/night just for you to donate here. If you come here please clear your schedule for the whole day because you will be here for hours and hours. I’m never coming back !!!!!

  Came back again.. service gets worse and worse.. today no one is answering phone or in the front desk.. how am I supposed to talk to a staff member if no one is in the front working??? I can’t get to the back to get donate unless I’m helped. Lazy horrible ratchet workers!!! I keep seeing people need assistance or walk away because no one is available.
