  What a wonderful experience! Gretchen closed the boutique during my appointment and was 100% dedicated to making my experience perfect. Not only were each of her dresses beautiful, she was honest and I did not feel like she was just trying to sell me any dress. I would recommend her business to anyone!

  I have been many places in my search for the 'perfect wedding dress', and all of them lacked in some way, shape or form. Whether it was the selection of dresses, the customer service, or the overall experience, everything as a whole, left much to be desired. However, all of that changed when I walked into Gretchen's place! My MIL and I were warmly welcomed, and she made us both feel like her utmost priorities! She was personal yet professional. Direct yet honest. She actively listens and takes the time to sculpt your dreams into this amazing reality that unfolds right before your eyes! There is truly nothing too big or too small for this remarkable woman! Gretchen is hands-down the leader in the bridal gown industry for the greater Lexington area! My only regret is not choosing her shop, first! Thanks for such impeccable service, Gretchen!

  I had such a wonderful experience purchasing my wedding dress from Gretchen. She went above and beyond to make sure everything looked and felt perfect. I had been pretty stressed about the wedding planning process, and Gretchen totally put me at ease! But beyond just being warm and caring, she really takes pride in her work and has an artist's eye for detail. She thought of things, like matching the lace accents on my veil to the exact lace on my dress, that I would never have thought of and would never have gotten at a less personalized appointment. I'm so happy I found Gretchen's boutique, and cannot recommend it highly enough.

  Our time with Gretchen was truly magical! She made all of us feel like we were the only clients she’d ever had! More importantly Gretchen made my daughter feel as if she were the only bride in the world!! We found the perfect dress from her personal Black Label line of designs and it was THE absolute most perfect dress ever!! At the conclusion of our appointment Gretchen popped the cork on a cold bottle of bubbly and we clinked glasses of champagne while we all cried tears of joy 😁 we recommend Gretchen Reece with 100% confidence and enthusiasm!!

  Gretchen was simply wonderful! She was willing to help at any time, while still giving my family and I time to look around and enjoy the experience. her knowledge of her dresses was impressive, and I believe she knew the dress I would pick before I did! I am so glad I tried what she recommended, as it was a dress I would have never thought of pulling myself- but it ended up being PERFECT! The individualized attention she was able to provide helped to make the experience a wonderful one.
