  Awful and rude manager, please save yourself a headache and find another florist shop. Her daughter said she’s always like that. The owner should fire her and find someone better. Don’t get me wrong, definitely such a beautiful place to buy, the quality of the flowers is amazing, my only problem is with the manager, I feel bad for everyone working around her, it could be toxic while I understand that it was a big holiday but she’s not a good business person. Don't ever use them! AVOID, please!!!

  Great flowers but very poor customer service. Looked for someone to help me the daughter told me her mother was in the other room, so I went before even stepping inside she stopped me as she was smoking a cigarette (which idc for but w.e) didn’t greet me nothing just looked at me like .... I went there last week and there was a Spanish lady who helped me and gave me different options that was a good experience.

  Great selection of flowers, decorations and holiday items. Staff is wonderful. Always reliable and provides the freshest and most beautiful arrangements for all of my occasions.
