  Gregory is a tremendous craftsman. The rehair, restoration work, and recambering he did on my bows was absolutely top-class. I highly recommend his work!

  Fantastic bow re-hair place, however it is slightly pricier compare to other shops in the area.

  I’ve only used this shop for bow stuff, but Gregory has always been super knowledgeable and friendly. The recamber he did on a bow was great. Repairs always consistent. I’d definitely recommend.

  Chanced upon Gregory's shop when visiting a seemingly questionable luthier who operates in the same building. He did a major repair on my cello when the neck snapped. A luthier at David Gage had done a similar repair several years before that was extremely unprofessional; a screw was driven straight through the fingerboard and patched with some kind of caulK. Gregory dealt with the damage done by Gage, extracting the broken nail and fitting a dowel through the neck. He then cut new ebony to inlay into fingerboard. He is a tremendous craftsman; methodical, thoughtful, and precise. Unlike Gage, he cut no corners. He is affable, upfront, and extremely knowledgable. Wish more people knew about him!!
