  For Sensai Simon and team it's more than just teaching martial arts. They are dedicated to the growth of the whole child. They take the time to learn their students and help them improve in life.

  Every sensei here is extremely nice yet strict, and they work well with all of the kids. They have a unique way of getting everyone to work on their own level while maintaining respect for those who are not as advanced. My kids are happy to come to practices and earn their next belt. Highly recommended.

  Words cannot properly express how highly I think of the instructors at Kempo Academy! They cater to each child's individual needs and somehow are able to give each student the proper one on one attention they need to excel even in large classes. This class has helped my son focus his energy while allowing him to be himself and have fun! Thank you Kempo Academy! Keep up the excellent work!!

  My daughter started at Kempo Academy when she was 4. I have watched her grow in discipline, skill, poise, and awareness. She loves her classes and attended the karate camp last summer. When she received her purple belt, I decided I would give it a try. Sensei Simon invited me to trial a few classes, and I found that I couldn't get enough. He and the staff are highly skilled in their ability to reach students, young and old. Their breadth of instruction ranges from practical to intellectual. Kempo Academy is a wonderful part of our community and I am happy we can be a part of it.
