  Nice enough hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms and comfy beds. What I found shocking, though, is that the breakfast tableware is completely made up of throwaway, one-use plastic or paper. Disregarding the fact that eating from a paper plate feels more like a cheap camping trip than a stay at an expensive hotel, I wonder if the hotel management has ever heard of climate change and/or the effort to reduce waste?! How is it possible that in this day and age you seem to give zero thought about the impact you have on the planet? Every day I’ve seen your staff throw away multiple garbage cans worth of waste that would have been avoided if only you used proper plates and glasses as one would expect when booking a hotel of the kind you clearly want people to think you are. You know, the kind of plate/glass/cutlery you can put in the washing machine and use again and again, many many years…

  Large, clean rooms. Adequate, filling continental breakfast. Our room was part of a 'shared suite', i.e. two connecting rooms. Unfortunately, the dividing door was less than sound proof. For, at least, 6 of the 8 nights we spent in the hotel, the noise from the neighboring room was loud and dusturbing until 11 PM or later.

  Convenient location, rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast is not like the pictures. It's a packaged Continental breakfast with waffles, etc.. Rooms are not soundproof if there is a communicating door. The front desk and maids were very nice.

  This is a nice Hotel for the area. The problem I have is the staff does not speak English. Most of the staff are Asian and do not speak English, kind of hard to ask for a new towel or something extra. The other issue I have is parking - there is very little. DO NOT PARK ON MAIN ST. You will get a ticket. $58.00 - there are NO signs in the lobby with this helpful suggestion. So be prepared if you can't find parking in the lot. Drive to the residential area. NOT MAIN ST. The all day coffee was real nice.

  Excellent stay! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The lobby has a cool zen vibe with several tables to chill. The rooms are spacious, very clean and super comfortable. They do a lot of little things that make this a special place. Bath mat, laundry hamper, great soaps and lotions, cool decorations all around, just feels like the owners really care about their guests. Location was great for us, easy to get on the 10 freeway, or just drive down Huntington to LA or Pasadena. The price was super, definitely the best value around. Thank you Spencer, Lydia, Jessica, Randy, and the rest of the fantastic staff! I can't wait to stay here again!
