Good kosher dairy food but they could be more clean and hygienic. One morning I noticed one the regulars was allowed behind the counter to put together his own large order, he helped himself without gloves and licked his thumb between filling his containers.

All of Green's products are great - hamantaschen, babka, black and white cookies - Green's Bakery is the best kosher bakery around - plus they ship their products throughout the US!

Great Babka. TERRIBLE Customer Service. I've ordered Green's Babkas for my family for a couple of years now. This past holiday, I made an error on my address and had the wrong zip code. I think the mistake was because Chrome autofilled the shipping zip code. Ok, my mistake but the way it was handled made it clear that Green's couldn't care less if my holiday package never arrived. Their only response was to send me a copy of my confirmation email, as if to say, "Look, it's your fault and we don't care." I don't expect a new babka to be shipped out but at least give some kind of indication that my business matters to you. I'll find another place next year. Too bad because the babkas are really good but I've had good ones at other places.

Just bought the cinnamon Bobka. Looked good but it is so cloyingly sweet no one could eat it. Seems like the cinnamon sugar mixture all settled in the bottom...hard and in edible while the top portion was incredibly dry. Really terrible.
