::Maybe it's because I'm a man of color, but the service always seems cold and dry when I've approached the counter. I've seen them very cheery with other patrons though. Just an observation from the 3 or 4 times I've been there. Besides the service,they do offer a large selection of spirits, hence the second star.

::Cheap whiskey. Standard price vodka. Ok wind selection. Id recommend coming here to people asking where to find reasonably priced whiskey in green point.

::Greenpoint's standard bearer for booze. Fair prices, and a very good selection of liquor. Lots of standard brand name and cheap wines. Sometimes I wish they had a higher end selection of wines, but I suspect that will change as the neighborhood continues to gentrify. Besides, for that you have a number of options within a 10 minute walk.
