  Called today because my heater was not turning on; a service tech came right out and even earlier than promised when a time opened up. The service guy was very nice and helpful. I ended up not needing a repair but the tech stayed and checked/changed my filter and spent some time talking about my heating system. Very professional and courteous. Will definitely use them again.

  Extremely reliable, called today and they came earlier than the appointment. Would highly recommend. Mike was the technician that came to my house on Saturday, 10/1/16, to replace my water heater. He was very professional, explained everything and helped me save some money on the water heater. I highly recommend Mike to anyone who needs plumbing services.Price quoted and price paid exactly the same, helped out with non plumbing issue as well at no charge. Once you find a good service tech you want to hold on to them. I have Greenpoint Plumbing Heating ad Cooling's magnet on my fridge for any future work, I will be calling him and no one else. Thank you, Guys!!
