  Decent place to get dirt off your car. The towel guys are there just as a formality.

  Don't think I will ever come back. They did ok job basic + floor mats however I asked for the express (best one) and the guy just said no. I had a csuv so I'm not sure what was the reason SUVs are +5. Mostly it was good job but the back window and mirrors were still dirty. Don't think I will come back.

  So-so car wash. They take no time to properly clean but charge high prices. I come here only as the last resort.

  The $15 Basic wash is very basic and will get about 85% of the dirt and salt off your car. The vac and wipe down included sets a new record for a quickie. Not the place for great detailing , still some bird poo left on the one mirror. They get very busy and the line and wait can be long at times. The best thing about this place is the local location.

  By far the worst Car Wash I have been to. Came here for a quick wash. My options were either a wash with vacuuming and armor-all on the tires for 15 bucks or a mini detail which pretty much adds on cleaned mats and the compressed air blowing for your vents and seats for 40 bucks. Asked the receiving attendant if i could add armor-all for the dash to the 15 dollar package and pay extra. I was told there is no option for that so i would have to get the express detail for 40 bucks. So i declined and asked for the 15 buck package. Ill do the armor-all myself. Then he gives me a ticket for the 40 dollar package. I give it back and explain thats not what i asked for i want the 15 dollar package. He gives me another ticket with the 15 dollar package and adds mats to it bringing the total to 20 bucks. At this point im annoyed so i just take the receipt inside and pay for it with the mats. They could use washing anyway. The lady behind the counter was very nice. My car comes out and its being wiped dry i walk to the car as they are finishing and check my mats to make sure they were washed. I have 4 mats in my car for whatever reason they only washed 3 smh. Now i have to walk this lonely mat back to the beginning of the car wash so they can wash it. I explain to the attendant that he put mats on my ticket and they washed 3 mats. He told me i would have to pay an extra 5 bucks to get this 1 mat washed ( clearly he’s suffering from some sort of memory loss). I show him my receipt and he still declines washing this 1 mat an told me to talk to the manager. I go back inside only to be told that i have to pay 1.50 to wash this extra mat ( she printed out a paid receipt for me and told me take it back to them). I go back give them the receipt and the mat they begin cleaning it and tell me they’ll bring it to my car when its done. I walk back through the car wash again to my car and notice they put armor-all on all the tires but did not clean the wheels. Fed up at this point i take a towel from the trunk and begin cleaning the wheels myself. They were wet but still dirty. Now as I’m driving I realize they did not do anything inside the car besides vacuum the floor. The dash is still dusty. Around the gear shift has glitter around it still from a project my daughter did. I will never go to this carwash again. There is a nice Hand car wash up McGuiness around India street i believe. They hand wash your entire car and thoroughly clean inside and out for 20 bucks. Thats where i shouldve gone in the first place.
