  Hope this makes it past the algos. The overall service is limited. You only get 2 rounds of bids per year. I used up those 2 in 5.5 months, and after not being able to find a decent bid, seemed as though the next best thing to do was to delete my account since I wasn't going to be using it until 2019. So the website has no support/ delete account under help section, which then leads you to download the app so you can chat. Sarah came to me first, and simply gave me the link to the website and instructed me to ''click on the link and you're account will be deleted in 3 to 4 business days''. Well that didn't work, and when I replied that I was extremely confused by her instructions, she deleted the conversation, and somehow now, I am not able to chat with support on the app anymore. So because of the services' extremely limited abilities, and now that I'm stuck with an account that I can't delete, and support won't delete it for me, I wish I could leave this service a negative rating simply off of the extreme inconvenience alone. Who wants to download an app simply to request that your account be deleted because you can't do it yourself on the website?

  There is no customer service available when issues do arrive. I received phone numbers and emails which do not lead anymore. Chatbots which provided auto-answers then blocked any further communication. The website/company does not allow you to delete your account or completely cancel service. I tried; then months later, service dates began appearing again. After that I tried contacting someone at the company to just remove me; and there is not a person associated with Greenpal. It appears to be a fraud. I have submitted an FTC fraud check complaint.

  Top Notch did a great job with our lawn!! Very pleased at the professionalism and we were provided same day service. I found them through using GreenPal. Highly recommend using GreenPal.

  GreenPal is such a great idea, and the website is amazingly easy to use. I got four free quotes within minutes from local lawn services and then checked out ratings for each company (including photos of their work}. Once I picked a company, the owner texted me right away to set up service, and we communicated by text from then on. All billing is handled through the GreenPal website, so even that part is fast and easy.

  I couldn’t be happier with my service! The crew showed up less than 24 hours after I set up the job and were kind, efficient, and fast. They were responsive to my questions and concerns regarding the kittens that live in my backyard. Super happy!
