  I am completely in love with this place. My husband and I are SO glad we found Green Lotus Studios! We love taking all of the classes and making soaps together, we can’t stop making soaps and new products.

  **As of 2/-14 still have not received orders they were supposedly sent out. This business owner is a joke *Update, supposedly both orders were sent out Sunday by someone named Lena. There is no tracking information for me though. It's now Friday. Also When I asked what the remaining balance was (meaning I suggested earlier in the month that she fulfill whatever parts of the two orders she could and then just refund me the balance) she said she would be refunding all of my money. A very nice gesture, but I haven't had a penny refunded yet or received the packages. I placed two orders from this company back in December. I was told they were being shipped, I was then told they were never shipped, I was then told it was an employees fault (who she has let go), I was told for a solid two weeks my money would be refunded. (I was also offered a recipe for the magnesium lotion which to my understanding belongs to the employee who left?) She then blamed it on "this other persons" bank account or something and that she would have to take it out of her account...well YES you are the owner of the business I ordered from so the money should be returned to me from the business I ordered from. I then asked what pieces of my orders she had in stock (this is late January at this point) and offered to her to fulfill what parts of the order she can and then we can have the remaining balance be refunded. She agreed. The next day she sent an email saying the order was packed and SHE (Donna) would be TRYING to get it to the post office. I still have zero confirmation of any shipping for either order I placed. ZERO response from this business owner and we are now a quarter of the way into February. I've been more than patient. This short descritption doesn't even touch the headache that this has been.

  My sister and I decided to sign up for a few soap making classes at the Green Lotus Studios. When you first walk into the studio you see and smell all of the beautiful natural soaps made my Donna and her staff. The classes are fun, educational and interesting. After just one hot process soap making class, my sister and I decided to sign up for the Soap making boot camp which was 2 days long and was well worth the investment. I have enjoyed my time at the studio so much that I decided to host my daughters 11th birthday party there. She and her friends had a blast making soap macaroons, body balm and sugar scrubs. I adore all of the wonderful people I have met at the studio. Donna has a fun, care free, get your hands dirty and let's learn attitude that makes you feel certain that this is the place to let your creativity shine through and the pressure melt away. You will meet friendly people here, you will learn something new every time you come and you will have a good time doing it. This is a color outside the lines sort of place where it is OK if you make a mistake because that is part of learning. And Donna knows the tricks to fix it. I have truly enjoyed all of my experience here at the Green Lotus with Donna, her staff and the wonderful people I have met along the way.

  Green Lotus is a true gem in this city. I stumbled upon it by chance with a Groupon a couple years ago, and my life has been changed for the better ever since. The people at this studio are a family, and it is a wonderful place to build friendships with all different types of people. The classes are not only fun but remarkably informative, giving you the knowledge and skills to truly build a healthier and happier life. Their products are amazing in quality and price too; I think the arnica pain balm is my favorite. All in all I cannot say enough wonderful things about this business/ its staff. Take a chance and come visit today!

  I have attended 5 classes so far and they have been so much fun! We've learned to make cold process soaps, bath bombs, bath jellies, and bath soaks- great gifts for the holiday season and to use yourself! Will come back many many more times :)
