Very dissatisfied with their inability to honor our agreement in a timely fashion to remedy my continued problem with lose stones in my ring. I expect better service, service like when we purchased my ring, they were head over heels helpful, maybe just eager to make a large sale. I was not informed of the quality of the ring setting and extremely high chance of losing stones based on the manufacturer and micropave setting.

The staff assisted me in trading a ring for what I was really looking for, at an amazing price. Very knowledgeable and large variety of rings and loose diamonds! I will go back for my next purchase; I'm sold!

These guys are great to deal with. I’ve been using them for years. I’ve sold them estate jewelry and high end watches like Roles and Omega. They’ve always treated me very fairly and made the process very smooth. I highly recommend David and his staff, I’ve never been disappointed with their service.

If you want to get a great deal on diamond jewelry come see David! I looked for a diamond necklace for what seems like forever, he bent over backwards to get me exactly what I wanted at an amazing price that nobody else could come close too. P.s he's genuine that is rare.

They custom made a ring for me. The way that thee whole process was I will never forget. It was very personal and 1 on 1. Not to mention I saved thousands, yes thousands of dollars. They aren't misleading and dont lie when they say that being brokers is different than a retail store. It is. i'll never visit a retail store again, they have my business from now on.
