  I'm not sure what to think yet. The Manager begrudgingly bent the only 6 samples at a time rule that I only found out about after I asked for the 8 or so samples I was interested in. Being caught unawares was pretty frustrating. The employees working that day: Leslie and Nicole were great! Nicole was really helpful in store with design questions. Leslie has been amazing with super quick email responses and letting me know the second a couple samples she had to order were in. The day I picked the samples up though left a lot to be desired! My samples along with everyone elses were thrown haphazardly into a deep drawer without labels identifying them or who the belonged to. Luckily I had cell phone pictures to both prove they were mine and pick them out. Sam and Tiffany were working that day and Sam left much to be desired. When I checked the original samples out, I was "threatened with grave consequences" if I didn't return them with in 14 days. Sam was just going to take the samples from me without issuing any kind of proof I returned them. Thankfully, I had pre-prepared a dated sign off for each of them which she dated after I pointed it out. I can't say much about Tiffany good or bad since I spent all but 30 seconds with her before Sam took over.

  Good selection of quality environmentally friendly house products. Was able to get what I needed quickly while picking up some ideas for future projects.

  Great store to visit, get ideas for projects BEFORE they begin, and make good decisions about the products that help us live healthier lives. Wonderful staff too!
