  This is a disgrace, not a florist! I received the flowers from them and I could not believe things like this exist!!!! First of all flowers arrived two days later than ordered, Second - flowers are dead, Third - they did not even bother to cover oasis with the leaf, Fourth - there was only first 3 words from the message - the rest they decided not to write!!! Avoid!!!!!!

  I ordered flowers and the person that I ordered them for was allergic to a particular flower, I called Grecian garden florist to let them know that my friend was allergic to a particular flower. I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Chris who immediately gave me the best customer service and told me that he would take care of it! Chris was extremely caring and went out of his way to make sure that a new arrangement of flowers we're prepared and resent to my friend. It's been such a long time since I've gotten such wonderful and also caring service. The arrangements were beautiful and I will definitely be a regular customer with Grecian garden florist. I will also make sure to tell all my friends and colleagues. Chris thank you for your professionalism and great customer service.

  Easy enough to order online but despite clearly stating that I needed the flowers to be delivered in the morning the flowers were not delivered. I called to check twice and both times the person on the phone was unhelpful. Excuse they had was that they are in Midtown so it takes longer to deliver in Downtown Manhattan. Really?? Good luck with that attitude and customer service. The flowers were never delivered and they lied about it every time I called. Totally disgusted by the attitude and lack of customer service.

  From the moment I stepped into this store l, the owner was very accomidating with what I neede and the price range I was looking for. The quality of the flowers were amazing and lasted me for weeks. I recommend this flower shop over any other flower shop
