  Cozy Suite 🚫 ripped me and my girlfriend off, you would be taking a major risk if you book with them. It was the worst booking experience of my life 🙅🏽‍♂️. It’s no secrete that Dallas recently declared a State of Emergency ⚠️ due to extreme weather citing ice storms, freeway pile ups, power outages, water contamination, and more which led to flight cancelations, venue closures, and food shortages. All of thing were national news leading up to and during my booking dates. Cozy Suite showed absolutely zero concern for our safety. Instead they saw this as an opportunity to rob us of our $600 💰.in so many words we were told to risk our lives to get there or loose our money. They were completely unreasonable. They wouldn’t even attempt to reschedule us and only offered us a small fraction of our money back after we went back and forth with them several times and got Airbnb involved. It was a total slap in the face. It was like strong arm robbery 🤦🏽‍♂️. My friends booked hotels to meet us down there for my birthday and they had options to reschedule or get full refunds. However, we got takin for our hard earned money and no trip for me and my daughter’s birthday because we booked thru Cozy Suite 🚫 ...never again
