  Blown away by the customer service (Abram) over the phone provided with respect to my home mortgage questions. He was very clear and clarified my concerns even after I asked him 4x because I was putting the pieces together, which is super important for a first time buyer. Yet to decide about taking a mortgage with them but if others have to decide hopefully this review can help you decide.

  The phone customer service is amazing very helpful their Paterson Branch very helpful and Lines move quick for the limited space they have, but their Paramus Branch is terrible if you don't have a free day don't go I went for ATM card and it took me a hour smh never again

  Myself and my fiance have been a member since 2006 they have really helped me build my credit and save. They were the only ones willing to take a chance and give me a loan after my bankruptcy. I see they are trying to advance their banking system which is nice. Keisha White in Paramus is so helpful it is because of her customer service that I referred over 5 people to this bank. She goes above and beyond to assist you. I would travel to Paterson branch and Hackensack branch just to deal with her. I also opened my son's account here as a teenager and he is maintaining it as an adult I have had personal loans car loans from here and no one beats the rates and for the most part you get everything the same day.

  This has to be hands down the worst customer service I've ever seen. Besides the person that helped me initially telling me that he wasn't trained but they hired him because he used to work in a bank, I was there for over an hour just to fill out a loan application. Then they tell you they will call you and they don't. Then they say I'm approved. Then they call back and say you are approved but need a cosigner. Then I waste more time by bringing in the cosigner. Then they say they'll call me in an hour to let me know what underwriters say. I didn't get a call in an hour. I called the following 2 days and no response. Then they finally call me and tell me all of a sudden the cosigner has to live in same household which is ridiculous but even if true, they should have said that before wasting even more time.
