  Small little place for your Chinese fix. They're mala menu and roast duck is worth trying if you're missing some decent authentic Chinese food.

  Walked a mile to get here and it was worth every step. Great service, great food.

  Delicious food in a not-upscale setting. Mostly a neighborhood restaurant, with lots of takeout orders. They use more Szechuan pepper here than at any other restaurant I've been too. It is truly "hot and numbing" and it made my mouth feel a bit strange.

  Both dine-in and take-away are delicious. Try the MaLa menu for a very hot and spicy kick you don't usually find at other take-out places. Staff is super friendly and helps when they can. Be ready to pick up the order if you want it quickly because this place is popular. My go-to Chinese place in DC.
