This store has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I purchased a $$$$ Moncler coat and within 10 wearings or less the zipper broke. I went back with it asking only that they contact Moncler to see about having them fix/replace the zipper - being that it was a $1600 coat! First they tried to convince me that I just didn't know how to zipper it properly! Then when all of them had trouble too they said well this happens with coats and you should just take it to a tailor. They flat out refused to contact the company for me, saying things like - "it's not our problem", "we don't have their number anymore", "why don't you just call them yourself", "we dont guarantee our products", etc. The manager in Scarsdale, Jan, is beyond rude and acted like I was a huge intrusion on her day. I told her I would never spend another dime in any of their stores again and would tell everyone I knew to avoid this store like the plague. So please please do NOT give them your business!

When I lived in Westchester, I shopped this store for many years. After moving to NYC, I still liked to drive up and shop. I bought a pair of shorts that were damaged. I did not notice that there was a fade line across the back leg, and tried to return them for a store credit. I was told that they do not take back sale merchandise even if they are damaged at the time of purchase. This is so wrong on so many levels. Certainly not a merchant one should do business with...

Rude, rude, rude! The store manager in the Scarsdale store is incredibly rude. I walked into the store and was greeeted by her saying 'We are closing' That's no way to address a customer. I agree about their store policy..they are completely inflexible...over-priced and the quality of their merchandise is not worth what they charge. There are plenty of other clothing stores with the same or similar merchandise in Westchester and Connecticut.

Same bad experience as others- have literally spent 10's of thousands of dollars each year for years and they wouldn't return a full price shirt with receipt, even for store credit. Totally inflexible and short-sighted. Ruined a customer relationship, will never go again.
