  My son had 2 cavity appointments, one week apart. We showed up for the first one, to be told that their computer systems were down so they couldn't call us to let us know that they canceled his appointment. For his second appointment today, I checked on Google Maps to check that they were open (and it showed they were), I called them 3 to 4 times to double check. No one answered, so I left 2 voice messages, giving them my phone number to call me back. They never called. I show up for his 2nd appointment and they tell me they're closed because the xray machine is down. They didn't bother checking their voice mail, or answering calls, or notifying patients that they were closed. So unprofessional. They lost 2 customers today.

  I have been seeing Angie since I can remember- she always puts a smile on my face and is very professional. Barb at the desk is always so welcoming and pleasant. 10/10 recommend !

  I have now been here twice for exams and regular cleanings, and I was impressed by all levels of the experience. The office staff was friendly and quick, the hygienist and dentist were both professional and personable. The actual cleaning part felt faster than previous dentist’s I have been in the past, and they seem very honest with what (if anything) is wrong with your teeth.

  Personnel all friendly and polite been going there for over 20 years before it became Great Expressions always good and friendly employees then and now esp. the front desk lady Barb whose been there for a number of years always helpful and courteous to all. Work done on teeth all fine and dentist and techs friendly and helpful when inquiring about the procedures.

  I have been to this dentist office at least 4 times & they have been nothing short of amazing each time. I also work in a customer service based industry & I truly appreciate when I experience amazing service myself. The ladies at the front desk are always super helpful & friendly, the nurse/assistant & doctor are always so kind & gentle and they make you feel comfortable. They genuinely seem to enjoy the industry they work for as well as working with each other, which is nice to be around. There is never a wait, their hours are very accommodating & thanks to the technology they use they make it extremely convenient. Thank you for providing a great experience, every time! I highly recommend their services.
