  I now know why there is never a wait at this location. My first visit here today will also be my last. After leaving I had to go to the store and purchase my own clippers to fix the disaster. I get a simple cut, #2 on the sides and scissor cut on top. There was a large patch of uncut hair on the back of my head and uneven lengths everywhere else. My suggestion, go to the location at the Shops at 51 they know what they are doing there.
