  Messed up my hair! I cried I'd give no stars if I could. The lady chopped off too short and used clippers and left scratches and a couple of cuts on the back of my hair. WHO DOES THAT! She realized she messed up and had to pass me off to someone else and was told me that they had to go really short to kind of even it out. I have to style my hair to the opposite side I normally flip my hair to hide the chunk cut out of my hair. It has been a month and it still stands out when it's not covered. I'm definitely NEVER going back.

  Its hard to fins any one that can do a true fade any more. Kind of sad.

  I have been coming here since February since we moved to fort Worth we just to go to the great clips on Lamar in Arlington for 3, years with no issues. So far I have had no issues with this location. Brittany cut my hair the first time and was sweet professional and did a great job. Mirna cut my hair today and also did a great job. And if it's such a horrible great clips why is it ALWAYS packed when I come in?

  I've got Mediterranean hair (very thick and curly), and this used to be my go-to destination in the area for my hair-care needs. So many other hairdressers try to cut my hair like they would an average Anglo person's and they always end up messing it up. Brittany, on the other hand, understood the unique challenge, and for several months made sure that I always looked my best. Now, out of the blue, she's gone and no one can even tell me where she went, and I'm left with a bunch of stylists who, while well-meaning, have no idea how to cut my hair. A real shame. After taking so long to find a good stylist, now I'm back at the drawing board.

  i took my daughter for a hair cut the stylist (brittany) couldnt be any ruder i told her how short i want it left for 5 minutes and when i came back she was done i never saw anybody cut my daughters long thick hair in 5 minutes!! THEN when i told her i want it shorter she looked at my daughter the minor and asked her do you want it shorter? WHILE me the adult parent who is paying her money to give me thwle worst service ever just standing there ? i told her yes she wants it shorter she sat her down and just passed the scissors around the ends ,very disappointed i called and complained it has been almost a month now no one called me or explained what is there policy when a parent bring a child with her so i guess we are going back to fantastic sams even if i have to drive more at least they care about their customers
