  The last time I went in, the gal who cut my hair was extremely helpful. She assisted me with furthering my vision of what type of hair cut and I wanted and she was also very cooperative. Although I cannot remember her name, I plan on going in again in search of her services.

  This establishment offered the very worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you are a U of M student and are looking for places close by to get a haircut I would reccomend going to Shin's Hair Salon in Stadium Village. The wait times are minimal and the service is much better. Tl;dr for below: go here if you like waiting for over an hour and a half and being treated like an idiot. At first I was told the wait time was first forty minutes. I came back after forty minutes and was standing around minding my business just waiting to ask how much longer it would take, until one of the ladies working there rudely told me that it would be another twenty minutes. I was fine with waiting twenty minutes but this person treated me with such disrespect, talking to me as if I were a child. She said "we just don't cut hair that fast I don't know why you came back so early" (I came back so early because you told me to come back at this time and also my haircut only took ten minutes). Instead of coming back in twenty minutes I waited thirty five and came back. At this time they were still not ready and when I went to the front to ask for an update when the same lady said "Hey can you just sit down and chill out we'll get to you soon", as if I was unreasonable for asking for an update after AN HOUR AND A HALF. After this I received a very rushed ten minute hair cut. I don't mind waiting a long time and getting a quick haircut, but if you're gonna charge me $15 for the whole thing at least give me a little bit of respect.

  The guy who cut my hair was good at doing it. No delays unlike other great clips. Customer service need to be improved a lot. They don't welcome you to the business, just ask of you checked in online as soon as you walk in

  I asked for the simplest haircut thinking it would be impossible to mess up, basically a trim, but unfortunately the woman who cut my hair did quite poorly. It wasn't busy and I came on time but for some reason the hairdresser seemed terribly rushed; it took less than 10 minutes. She would pull my straight hair enough that it'd force my head back, then snip. Since this stretched my hair out during the cut, it ended up very uneven all around. At the end (after not saying a word to me during the whole cut, which is fine) she flipped my hair and said, "Looks much better now right???" I had never had a hairdresser treat my hair like that before. 2 stars instead of 1 though because the other hairdressers seemed nice.

  Pretty much from start to finish the guy cutting my hair was really mean. He did it as fast as possible, and didn't check to see if the way he did anything was okay. I'd gone a couple times before and had a bad experience, but none of them were as rude as this guy. I like going there because it's cheap, but I won't go back again.
